NOTE:  Forum accounts are not accounts for downloading video files from the www site.  Forum accounts are only used with the forum.zodcaps.com site.  If your feedback is regarding why your forum account doesn't work trying to download video files off the www site, your feedback may not be responded to (since that question has been answered right here).
